Sober Christmas Project began while running a group in the jail. A young lady talked about her getting a blanket as a gift and it was the first Christmas gift that she had received in years. This story broke my heart and since 2014, Sober Christmas Project provides Christmas to over 600 people in a controlled environment working on their recovery and 100 homeless gifts every year.
